Terms of Sale – Pawglow

1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made via pawglowau.com (Australian market site), operated by Pawglow. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

3. Ordering and Agreement
When you place an order, a purchase agreement is formed between you and Pawglow. To complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact details. An order confirmation will be sent to your email. The purchase agreement is binding once shipping confirmation has been sent.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. We offer secure payment methods, including card payment (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, and Afterpay. Pawglow never stores card details.

5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 3-6 business days via a trusted courier service. If delays occur, we will contact you by email.

6. Change of Mind and Returns
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order, as a voluntary commitment from us. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. See our full returns policy for details.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If an item is faulty or doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Contact us at info@pawglow.com.au with a description and photos. Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and these consumer guarantees apply for whatever period is reasonable given the type of product, its price, and how it was represented — there is no fixed statutory time limit like there is under EU law.

8. Uncollected Packages
Uncollected packages are returned to us, and an administration fee of $32 AUD applies. Uncollected packages are not covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee.

9. Product Information
We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on screen and display settings.

10. Force Majeure
Pawglow is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions to transport systems.

11. Limitation of Liability
Pawglow is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law, without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Personal Information
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Only information necessary for order processing and delivery is collected. See our privacy policy for details.

13. Changes to Terms
Pawglow reserves the right to update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are always those published at the time you placed your order.

14. Disputes and Governing Law
